What is it Like to be Coached by Laurie?
Having a coach is like having your own personal guide to lead you down the path of a better life.
We start with an introductory call and then we meet each week on the telephone to talk about the steps you're ready to make to start down that path.
As a registered dietitian trained in personal coaching, I have knowledge and experience about nutrition and weight loss, and from you I'll elicit the relevant details of your lifestyle and goals. Together we draw up a plan using those building blocks.
Over the weeks, you'll transform by making a few simple changes at a time to develop a whole set of new and healthy habits. You'll find the changes easy to make since they're designed for and about you, what works for you, and what you're ready to try.
The outcome is a lifetime of easily making the best food choices, maintaining an active lifestyle, and never having to go on a diet again!
