| Meet Laurie Beebe Laurie combines the unique perspective of a seasoned registered dietitian with training in personal coaching. A graduate of The University of Florida and The Case Western Reserve University Master's Program in Clinical Nutrition, Laurie is a registered dietitian (RD) certified in Adult Weight Management by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). It was at the Adult Weight Management seminar a few years ago that she realized coaching was the only real successful way to help people implement a permanent change in their life. "We cannot merely tell people the healthy way to eat," she relates, "but we must help them to change their environment if they are ever going to be able to change their lifestyle". A Coach U graduate, Laurie is now focusing on helping people to build strong personal foundations, to make positive life changes, and along the way learn to make healthy, nutritious diet choices so they can enjoy a well-balanced life. Laurie's positive and outgoing personality is highly-suited to coaching others along to a better quality lifestyle. Her current client base spans the country from Seattle, Washington to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. |
