One of the things I love about my new outlook on food and
nutrition is that  you don't have to deprive yourself of
everything you enjoy.  I learned how to nibble instead of
snacking on my favorite foods.  For example, before going
to bed each night I have this weird craving for something
salty and something sweet.  With what I learned from
working with Laurie, I have been able to still enjoy my
chips at night (Lay's are my favorite) but I only have a few
chips and I now buy the baked Lay's.  I still satisfy my
craving for something salty but I am also not adding tons
of unnecessary and harmful calories to my diet.
